Returns Policy

Your chocolates are carefully packed for protection during shipment and to arrive in perfect condition. If, for any reason your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the event an item arrives damaged, please report the damage to us as soon as possible. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Chocilo accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.

Due to strict food handling regulations, we are unable to exchange products or accept returns unless there is a product fault. Chocilo will pay delivery charges in these instances.
