Purchasing Online

At Chocilo, our service begins from the moment you place your order. 

Your order is processed and your items are carefully packed as to arrive in perfect condition. Products are packed depending on the weather conditions over the area travelled. They may be packed with foiled lined bubble wrap, and or disposable ice blocks depending on forecast temperatures.

All orders are shipped via Express Post Parcel Delivery by Australia Post. Please check your postcode against the Australia Post guidelines for expected delivery times, click here.

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping from the time you place your order. We may also encourage not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. 

When there are no specific delivery instructions given, Australia Post will be instructed to return your order to the nearest post office or depot to collect if no one is present to receive the delivery. Please be aware that Australia Post or their representatives make the final decision in these cases and we cannot guarantee product will not be left unattended at the given delivery address. Please make sure you arrange a delivery location where someone will be available to receive your order. Note that risk for loss or damaged products passes onto the customer upon delivery of the product(s).

Shipping time may vary during the holiday seasons; Christmas and Easter.

All items are subject to availability. We will contact you if we cannot find a suitable replacement at or above the cost of the one ordered.

Delivery Cost

For standard orders our shipping cost is $15 AUD. For orders over $100 AUD, shipping is FREE.
